Description: In today's complex health care environment, it's easy for care to become task-focused and disconnected from purpose. This session explores how patient experience is shaped not by grand gestures, but by everyday moments of presence, empathy, and human connection.  By highlighting storytelling as a practical tool, this session reconnects nurses to the meaningful moments that sustain compassionate practice.  Attendees will gain a renewed perspective and practical ways to intentionally create connection in their daily work.

Speaker: Nikki Helms, DNP, MBA, RN, CCRN-K, CPXP
